Product Description

The deeper design of the chef s pan from Master Pan allows flavors to mix while cooking one-dish entrees or family-size sides. This versatile pan works well for anything from pasta sauces to tossed vegetables. Glass lids for each pan provide for even cooking and keep foods moist, while stainless steel inserts add a professional touch. The glass lids allow one to monitor the food without losing heat, and the stainless steel inserts are dishwasher safe. Each pan is triple-coated with an anti-stick coating, which allows foods to easily slide out of the pan after cooking. The pan handles feature ergonomic silicone grips, allowing even the largest pan to be held comfortably. The entire line is oven-safe up to 500 degrees, and free of PTFE, PFOA, lead, cadmium and other harmful chemicals.
